2010 Dinner Dance

The 2010 End of Season Dinner Dance will be takeing place at the Cheltenham Park Hotel, on Saturday 17th April 2010.

Ticket price will be just £28.00 and will include a 3-course meal with disco. You can pay now, or behind the bar by contacting Fiona Maffey (07921 318 843) or your team captian.

What is the dresscode?
Black tie
Where is it?
The dinner dance this year will be located at Cheltenham Park Hotel on the Cirencester Road. It is about 2 miles out of town.
Can I bring a partner?
Partners are welcome - just make sure you buy 2 tickets.
What time do I arrive?
The bar at Cheltenham Park Hotel will be open from 6.30 and sitting down for dinner at 7.30. So arrange to meet your team members and friends their between 6.30-7pm.
How can I get there?
We are permitted to leave cars at the hotel so it is suggested that you organise with your team/friends and car share if you need to leave a car and get a taxi to your next destination.
How much are drinks?
Soft drinks range from £1-£2.50, pints of beer £2.50 - £3.80, Small glass of wine £4, Large glass of wine £6, Bottle of wine £16.50
What entertainment?
Live music from Simon Padley during pre dinner drinks, Disco after dinner and award presentation.
What time does it finish?
The music will finish at 1am, carriages to be arranged on the night.

How do I choose my food?
When you pay for your meal either to your captains, behind the bar or to Fiona Maffey you will need to select your menu choices. There will be a variety of options. If you have any additional dietary requirements please make sure you make it clear on the sheet.
