Badgers Hockey and Vixens Hockey
Badgers and Vixens hockey mixes two or three adult players with juniors aged from 13 to 16. There are no leagues; the teams play a series of friendly matches to allow the youngsters to learn more about match play on a full size pitch without the pressures of leagues and cups. It serves as a stepping stone to adult hockey.
The boys play as Cheltenham Badgers and the girls play as Cheltenham Vixens. The junior players come from Cheltenham Junior Hockey Club and the adults are supplied by Cheltenham Hockey Club.
