Premiership Predictor

As part of CHC's continued drive for sponsorship and funding we are pleased to announce a new and exciting competition for all players, friends, work colleagues and family to get involved with and have a bit of a fun.

The idea is simple. All you have to do is predict the final table of the Barclays Premier League table (that's football for those that don't know!) for the 2011-2012 season, which kicks off in August. There are 20 teams listed below, and all you need to do is send in your predicted table.

So if you think Chelsea will win the title, they are 1; if you think Man Utd will come second, they are 2 and so on. Points will be scored for how close you are to the final position for each team. So if you predicted that West Brom finish 15th and they finish 12th, you score 3 points. If you predict Arsenal finish 4th and they finish 4th, you score 0 points etc. The idea is that you predict the final table and consequently score as few points as possible.

Teams

The entry fee for the competition depends on when you enter as those that enter later have a bit more of an advantage, as per the table below:

50% of all entry fees will go to the club and the remaining 50% on prize money. This obviously means that the more people that enter the competition results in more money for the club and more prize money, so it really is in your best interests to get as many people involved as possible. If 30 people enter, at least £150 on prize money (winner gets £75; 2nd gets £45 and 3rd gets £30). If 50 people enter, at least £250 on prize money (winner gets £125; 2nd gets £75 and 3rd gets £50). There will also be monthly prizes (tbc) for the most improved position each month.
