U18 Girls represent the West in the National Indoor Finals
The U18G thoroughly enjoyed their opportunity to participate in the National Indoor Finals at the Derby Arena
Their first pool match was against the ultimate winners, East Grinstead. Although a 3-0 loss, the team's performance was superb and impressed EG's players and coach - Liv M was outstanding in goal.
The team then took on Bowdon in another close game, which they lost 3-1, but won the 2nd half with a Liv P drag flick PC. This was followed by a match against Reading that they lost 3-0 but we played well again in the 2nd half achieving a 0-0 draw.
In the 7th/8th play-off, the girls played City of York losing 4-1. Probably their most disappointing performance with tiredness creeping in. Evie was delighted to score the field goal. The squad is shown here holding the West Indoor trophy.
