Congratulations to 15-year-old Chris Byrne, a regular M1s player for CHC, who has earned another call-up to the England squad.
Last week, Chris represented England on the Euro Tour, taking on two of the strongest teams in European hockey, Holland and Germany, in a series of away fixtures. Despite England narrowly losing all four matches, the team produced some highly competitive performances against top-class opposition.
Results:
Chris played every match at half-back, gaining valuable experience at international level against some of Europe's best players.
He heads to Poland this weekend to represent England once again at the Eight Nations Tournament.
Everyone at CHC is incredibly proud of Chris's achievements and wishes him the very best of luck in Poland.
